ODM Party Raila Odinga is turning a year older today, and as he turns 75, Kenyas have flocked social media to shower him with blessings.

Born on 7 January 1945, Raila served as the Member of Parliament for Langata from 1992 to 2013.

He is a controversial Kenyan politician who served as the Prime Minister of Kenya from 2008 to 2013 and Leader of the Opposition since 2013, and has people’s love at heart.

His remarkable political move that Kenyans are still happy with is his historical handshake with President Uhuru Kenyatta that calmed the political storms in the country.
