Kenya Films and Classification Board (KFCB) CEO Ezekiel Mutua has trashed an official apology issued by gengetone music group Ethic entertainment over their controversial song.

The group was forced to apologize to the public over their song dubbed Soko that contained controversial lyrics .

The moral cop Dr Mutua on Monday condemned the song claiming that it promoted the rape culture and pedophile.

Most fans also agreed with him and supported the ban of the music. The video was recently released and after 3 days it was pulled down from you tube.

The music group had to take to social media to offer an official apology to their fans, as they promised to produce clean content in future.

However, Mutua has not accepted the apology, and has vowed to make sure that the entertainment group faces full force of law.

The moral cop on Tuesday morning took to his twitter account saying that Ethic’s late night statement meant nothing since their controversial song obviously promoted pedophilic culture.

He said they will have to face full force of law as provided for in the Films and Stage Plays Act Cap 222.

“So @ethicofficial issued this statement late last night ostensibly apologizing for their despicable song “Soko” which obviously promoted pedophilic culture. Now listen guys, You will have to face the full force of the law as provided for in the Films and Stage Plays Act Cap 222,” he tweeted.

More troubles are seemingly brewing for Kenya’s music group Ethic Entertainment.

Just a day after moral cop Dr Ezekiel Mutua spitting venom over their new jam ‘Tarimbo’ which he said was advocating for violence against women, Kenyan socialite-turned-entrepreneur Huddah Monroe has taken the musicians’ woes further after accusing them of vanishing into thin air with her deposit after striking a business deal.

Huddah who took to her Insta Story on Saturday claimed she asked the controversial singers to record a song appreciating women and their beauty.

The Huddah Cosmetics propretor went ahead to point out that she also wanted her business featured in the song.

However, the project didn’t materialize as the group, she claimed, disappeared with her deposit never to update her on the progress.

Huddah, born Alhuda Njoroge, was reacting to Kenya Films and Classification Board (KFCB)  boss Ezekiel Mutua’s post disapproving Ethic’s new song titled “Tarimbo”.

Mutua said he had spoken to google to pull down the song from you tube.
