Uhuru Kenyatta

Just a day after former president Uhuru Kenyatta held the Jubilee National Delegates Convention (NDC) at the Ngong Racecourse, the registrar of political parties Ann Nderitu has approved his ouster.

Nderitu addressed her directive dated May 19, 2023 to Joshua Kutuny, Deputy Secretary General of the Kanini Kega faction.

She also confirmed the approval of David Murathe and Jeremiah Kioni as Vice Chairman and Secretary General respectively.

Uhuru’s faction during the NDC expelled a dozen officials in an attempt to reconstitute a National Executive Committee (NEC) dominated by President William Ruto loyalists.

The Kenyatta-backed camp axed Kanini Kega, the Acting Secretary General according to changes ratified by a Ruto-backed NEC.

Monday’s meeting also removed Sabina Chege whom the Kega-led group named as Acting Party Leader replacing Kenyatta in changes upheld by the Political Parties Tribunal.

In its judgment delivered on April 16, the tribunal said that the notice for the National Executive Committee meeting issued on February 2 and the subsequent NEC meeting on February 10 which imposed Kega was conducted in line with the party Constitution.

Also removed alongside Kega who served as the Director of Election prior to the leadership coup are former Cheragany MP Joshua Kutunny (Deputy Secretary General) and Former Taveta MP Naomi Shaban (Deputy Party Leader, Outreach).

Others are Jimi Angwenyi (Deputy Party Leader), Kinoti Gatobu (Deputy Party Leader, Operations), Peter Mositet (Deputy Party Leader, Programmes), Nelson Dzuya (National Chairman)  and Kitui Woman Representative Racheal Nyamai (Deputy Director of Elections).

Kenyatta’s camp led by besieged Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni announced Chege’s replacement as House Deputy Minority Whip with Embakasi West David Mwenje.

It named new officials who include Maoka Maore  (Deputy Party Leader, Operations), Saitoti Torome (Chairman), Pauline Njoroge (Deputy Organizing Secretary), Jamleck Kamau (National Director of Elections) and Maison Leshoomo (National Women League Chairperson).

Jubilee Party nominated MP and the embattled National Assembly deputy minority whip Sabina Chege on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 attended Kenya Kwanza’s Parliamentary Group meeting that was held at State House, Nairobi.

A Jubilee Party rebel faction led by EALA MP Kanini Kega had earlier on named Sabina Chege as party leader, ousting Former President Uhuru Kenyatta.

However, a bid to re-establish party discipline and strengthen its ranks, the Jubilee Party on Monday expelled several party rebels, including Sabina Chege, Kanini Kega and Nelson Dzuya.

The Jubilee NDC held at Ngong Race Course gave the former President an opportunity to stamp his authority in the party amid an onslaught by Ms Chege and a faction led by Mr Kega.

The duo teamed up with a section of Jubilee-elected legislators to kick Uhuru off party leadership alongside Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni, Vice chairman David Murathe and National Treasurer Kagwe Gichohi.

Kega would later issue a statement saying that the NDC convened by Uhuru was not recognized by the party and that the changes made would not have any impact.

However, Sabina Chege attended the Kenya Kwanza PG that was hosted by President William Ruto at State House on Tuesday.

The former Murang’a Woman Representative had over the weekend told President Ruto that they are orphans in Jubilee.

Speaking during an interdenominational church service at Isiolo Boys High School on Sunday, May 21, 2023, Ms Chege said the former President had neglected them.

At the same time, Chege pleaded with President Ruto, a former member of the Jubilee party, to accommodate Jubilee leaders when they knock on his door.

Eldas MP Adan Keynan who was elected on a Jubilee ticket was also among the rebel members that attended the Kenya Kwanza PG.

Kanini Kega and Kamkunji MP Yusuf Hassan, a Jubilee MP, also attended the State House meeting.

Her attendance has elicited mixed reactions on the internet considering the fact that she has been fighting for her position as the Azimio deputy minority whip.

Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya coalition party had resolved to kick her out of the position, but she survived after the National Assmbly speaker Moses Wetangula announced that she would retain her position until such a time when Azimio will convene a proper meeting and communicate her dismissal.

Below are some of the reactions from Kenyans on Twitter after Sabina Chege was spotted at State House during the Kenya Kwanza PG.

Deputy President William Ruto has been handed a major boost in his quest to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta in the upcoming August general elections.

This is after 30 elected Members of Kiambu County Assembly ditched President Kenyatta’s Jubilee party for his United Democratic Alliance (UDA).

Ruto through his official social media handles on Saturday March 12, 2022 said that the 30 MCAs believe that there should be a new paradigm shift to build Kenya’s economy from the bottom.

“The Kenya Kwanza team is growing bigger each day. 30 elected MCAs from Kiambu County have quit Jubilee and joined UDA. They believe that there should be a new paradigm shift to build our economy from the bottom. Karibuni Hustler Nation!” Ruto tweeted.

Last month, DP Ruto welcomed defectors to the United Democratic Alliance party.

Laikipia County Governor Joshua Irungu was among the leaders who officially joined the UDA.

Irungu is seeking to recapture the governor seat on a UDA Party ticket.

Other aspirants who joined UDA were Hon Joseph Gitari (Kirinyaga Central), John Ololtuaa (Kilgoris Constituency) and Josephine Koisabba (Narok County Women Representative).

According to the senior counsel, President Kenyatta must clarify whether his interest in the succession politics is personal, family or national.

The lawyer who represented President Kenyatta during the 2017 presidential election petition went ahead to claim that the first in command must be ignored by Kenyans if his interest in the current politics is personal or family based.

Further, the lawyer argues that President Kenyatta had been given 10 years by Kenyans to deal with national issues.

“For H.E UHURU to MAKE SENSE to Mt Kenya & other Kenyans he must explain:”THE PURPOSES OF HIS POST RETIREMENT POLITICS”. Is his “POST RETIREMENT POLITICS” personal, family or national? If its personal/family he MUST BE IGNORED! If it is national, DIDN’T WE GIVE HIM 10 YRS TO DO IT?” tweeted the lawyer.

President Kenyatta while endorsing the former prime minister argued that his deputy William Ruto has not reformed and that he can only be considered if he tores the line in future.

The High Court has ordered President Uhuru Kenyatta to appoint the six judges he left out in June last year within 14 days.

According to Justices William Musyoka, James Wakiaga and George Dulu, the president does not have power to change the list of judges recommended by the Judicial Service Commission.

The judges also have ordered the president to pay the cost of the suit saying he went against the constitution and the Judicial Service Commission Act when he rejected the judges.

“The constitution commands the president t appoint the Judges upon receiving their name and has repeatedly said their is no discretion on his part to select a partial list of names,” ruled the judges.

The judges ruled that failure to appoint the six judges, they will be deemed to be duly appointed and the Chief Justice in conjunction with the Judicial Service Commission will be free to take all the necessary steps to swear them in

The three bench judges noted that there was a constitutional duty cast on the president to appoint the judges once their names are forwarded to him by JSC and that duty was owed to Kenyans in general as the appointments are meant to benefit all.

The petition had been filed by Katiba Institute challenging the partial appointment of the partial list of the 41 judges by the president.

The institute argued that the selective appointment by Uhuru would undermine the functions and powers of the Judicial Service Commission and the functioning of the judiciary.

The president had refused to gazette or appoint the recommended judges until June 3 when he appointed 34 judges out of the recommended 41 nominees.

Those that were left out were: Justices George Vincent Odunga, Joel Mwaura Ngugi, Weldon Kipyegon Korir, Aggrey Muchelule Otsyula, and Magistrates Evans Makori Kiago and Judith Elizabeth Omange Cheruiyot.

President Uhuru Kenyatta has lifted the nationwide dusk to dawn curfew.

Speaking during the Mashujaa Day celebrations at Wang’uru Stadium in Mwea, Kirinyaga County on Wednesday October 20, 2021, President Kenyatta noted that the country has recorded a progress in the fight against Covid-19.

He pointed out the low positivity rate recorded in the past two weeks and the high number of the population vaccinated as some of the achievements.

Kenya has met a majority of indicators used to downgrade restrictions in line with World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines, including ICU admissions, positivity rate and deaths.

This has seen public health officials, politicians and traders push President Kenyatta to relax the restrictions, including the night curfew, that have stifled business and hampered economic growth.

The WHO recommends that restrictions can be eased if the positivity rate, the proportion of tests coming back positive remains below five percent for at least two weeks.

The UN body says governments can also relax the containment measures if hospitalisations and ICU admissions decline for the last two weeks and Covid-19 deaths drop over a period of three weeks.

Kenya’s positivity rate has remained below five percent since September 30 and dropped from 14.5 percent on August 15 to 2.3 percent yesterday as the government steps up testing and vaccination.

On Tuesday, President Kenyatta hinted that the Covid-19 containment measures could be eased in the coming days.

Hospitalisations from Covid-19 have been falling over the past three weeks from 1, 021 admissions in September 30 to 586 yesterday.

Kenya has been under curfew since March 2020 when the country reported its first cases of Covid-19

The ongoing nationwide curfew will be lifted soon, President Uhuru Kenyatta has said.

The head of state who on Monday October 18, 2021 met a section of Kirinyaga County leaders urged Kenyans to however, continue observing Covid-19 protocols.

The meeting happened at the Sagana State Lodge in Nyeri county for what State House has described as a series of official engagements with leaders.

President Kenyatta hinted at ending the curfew amid protests from Kenyans, following the rise in political rallies across the country.

Earlier on, there were speculations that the nationwide curfew which has been in force since March 2020 when Kenya reported its first cases of Covid-19 will be ended during this year’s Mashujaa Day celebrations.

Among the leaders who met the president are those from Kirinyaga county who are expected to discuss preparations for Wednesday’s Mashujaa Day.

Interior PS Karanja Kibicho and Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru are among the leaders meeting the president.

This year’s Mashujaa Day will be held at Wang’uru Stadium in Mwea.

Uhuru urged Kirinyaga leaders to unite and work together as a team to achieve faster development and prosperity for their County.

ODM leader Raila Odinga has finally broken his silence on the Pandora papers expose that revealed the secret wealth that President Uhuru Kenyatta’s family has allegedly hidden in offshore accounts.

Speaking during an interview with Chamgei FM on Wednesday October 6, 2021, the former Prime Minister come defended President Kenyatta, noting that having an offshore account is not illegal so long as the owners explain how they opened it.

Raila said while he doesn’t have offshore accounts, it is acceptable for Kenyans who can explain the money in such accounts.

He added that the focus should not be on the account but how the money was obtained.

“Hii ni mambo ya Pandora box. Sioni kama kuna shida kuwa na account kule nje bora unaweza kusema jinsi ulifungua account vile Uhuru amesema atasema zaidi atakapo rudi (On pandora box issue, I do not see if there is a problem having an offshore account as long as you can explain how you opened it the same way President Uhuru Kenyatta has said that he will explain more once he returns to the country) ,” Raila said.

“Mimi sina chochote huko nje, yangu iko Kenya ( I don’t have any wealth outside the country, mine is okay),” declared the ODM leader.

Raila was commenting about the recently leaked International Consortium of Investigative Journalist’s (ICIJ) Pandora box expose which alleged that Uhuru and six members of his family have massive secret wealth stashed in foreign accounts.

President Uhuru Kenyatta has responded to the viral International Consortium of Investigative Journalism Pandora Papers leaks alleging that he has massive wealth hidden abroad together with his family.

Uhuru in his response noted that the reports will go a long way in enhancing the financial transparency and openness required in Kenya.

“My attention has been drawn to comments surrounding the Pandora Papers. Whilst I will respond comprehensively on my return from my State Visit to the Americas, let me say this.

“That these reports will go a long way in enhancing the financial transparency and openness that we require in Kenya and around the globe. The movement of illicit funds, proceeds of crime and corruption thrive in an environment of secrecy and darkness.”

He argued that the Pandora Papers and the consequent follow up audits will unearth secrecy and darkness for those who cannot come clear with their assets and wealth.

Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has pointed a blame finger at Sports Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohamed over the stalling of Kamariny Stadium in Elgeyo Marakwet County.

Murkomen had on Jue 12, 2018 taken to social media to announce that the stadium was taking shape, and even went further to thank the government for progress.

“Kamariny Stadium in Elgeyo Marakwet County is taking shape thanks to the Government of Kenya,” Murkomen posted.

However, the construction of the much hyped stadium has remained stalled, three years later.

Netizens on Friday October 1, 2021 reminded Murkomen of his post, which has now returned to haunt him.

To save his image, the former Senate Majority Leader shifted the blame to the current sports minister, arguing that Kamariny Stadium has stalled under her watch.

Kamariny Stadium came into limelight in 2017 after Deputy President William Ruto promised that it would be completed in six months time alongside other stadia in the country.

The promise was made when the ruling Jubilee party was launching its campaign manifesto in 2017.

Murkomen also attacked the State House and the Presidential Delivery Unit, that mainly improves the coordination of National Government flagship programs, monitors, evaluates and reports on the timely fulfillment of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s important development priorities.

The lawmaker claimed that the two bodies have abandoned their roles and instead involve themselves in politics, giving state projects little attention.

He also claimed that most government projects stalled immediately President Uhuru Kenyatta made “Handshake” with his former political rival Raila Odinga.

“Madam Amina Mohammed from 2018 to date Kamariny stadium has stagnated under your watch. Meanwhile State House and PDU Delivery are busy playing politics. The story of GOK under handshake/BBI administration is that of broken promises from Big 4 Agenda to stadiums, A laughing stock,” tweeted Murkomen.

The self-spoken politician went on to attack President Uhuru Kenyatta for persecuting politicians who fought for him in his maiden term of presidency and in his quest for re-election.

According to Murkomen, the government has abandoned Rift Valley since the DP fell out with his boss.

Is National Assembly speaker Justin Muturi someone’s political project in 2022? Well, Deputy President William Ruto’s aide has alleged a plot by State House operatives to stop the third in command from proceeding with his 2022 presidential ambitions.

Speaker Muturi has declared his interest in succeeding President Uhuru Kenyatta, and has on several occasions denied being anyone’s project.

Taking to his official social media accounts on Saturday September 18, 2021, Itumbi alleged that the ‘deep state’ has instructed the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) to go after Muturi.

According to Itumbi, KRA has already opened a tax file on speaker Muturi and is preparing to write a tax payment demand letter to him.

Itumbi further alleges that the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has been asked to swing into action and investigate the construction of a building in Parliament that was started during the coalition government (2008) but not completed to date.

“The idea is attempt to link the Speaker to the mess,” Itumbi posted on Facebook.

The former State House director of digital communications goes on to claim that EACC has been instructed to act with speed and after arrest they argue the Court decision that bars Governors from accessing office once charged with alleged graft from accessing office will apply to the Speaker.

Below is Itumbi’s long post on Facebook.

The Hustler Nation Intelligence Bureau ( HNIB) agents have picked reports that the Finance CS has instructions from State House to go after National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi.

1. KRA has already opened a TAX File on him. The instructions are to write a Tax payment demand letter to the Speaker. Letter ready.

2. EACC asked to swing into action and investigate the construction of a building in Parliament (that was started during the coalition government (2008) & whose contractors were sourced by ODM) but not completed to date)…The idea is attempt to link the Speaker to the mess.

3. Activities of a company called VIP Portal to be probed. A KEMSA (not COVID) Related investigation is on.

4. EACC instructed to act with speed and after arrest they argue the Court decision that bars Governors from accessing office once charged with alleged graft from accessing office will apply to the Speaker.

State House director of political affairs Machel Waikenda has allegedly joined Deputy President William Ruto’s United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party.

The allegations were made by DP Ruto’s aide Dennis Itumbi on Friday September 17, 2021.

Itumbi through his social media accounts posted a campaign poster bearing the image of Dr. Waikenda and the UDA logo and colors.

According to the poster, Waikenda will be vying for the Kiambu County Senatorial seat on a UDA ticket come 2022.

Itumbi welcomed him to DP Ruto’s camp, noting that it was a home of the ‘hustler nation’.

“Alaaar. State House Director, @MachelWaikenda welcome to @UDAKenya the home of #HustlerNation,” Itumbi posted.

The post has stirred mixed reactions, with a section of netizens claiming that Waikenda might have been part of the team that has been leaking President Uhuru Kenyatta’s intelligence briefs to Itumbi.

Itumbi through his famous Hustler Nation Intelligence Bureau (HNIB) has been leaking details of high profile meetings through his social media accounts.

DP Ruto and President Kenyatta fell out in 2018 after the head of state’s handshake with ODM leader Raila Oding.

The rift between the two leaders has been widening, with the clergy recently calling them to reconcile.

On Thursday, Ruto said he is ready to bury the hatchet with President after Catholic Bishops offered to broker a truce.

Speaking at his home in Nairobi, Ruto said he is ready to face Uhuru unconditionally.

The second in command blamed his falling-out with Uhuru on what he termed gossip fed to the President by outsiders who joined government. It was an apparent reference to ODM leader Raila Odinga and his brigade.

Ruto said the reconciliation should be fast-tracked to avoid plunging the country into further crisis and deepening hostility.

The following are some of the most guarded people in Kenya and their security details.

President Uhuru Kenyatta

He is the most-guarded VIP currently in the country.

Together with his family, the President has about 200 security guards drawn from the GSU.

State House and state lodges are guarded by the officers drawn from GSU’s G-Company.

The officers attached to the President are headed by PEU commandant Josephat Kirimi, who is a former head of Recce Company that is assigned to protect the President, Deputy President and some select VIPs.

PEU is a fully-fledged team, which can handle the movement of the President and his family anytime.

They, however, usually get the help of the local police whenever the President visits.

As part of security measures, they don’t allow armed police officers, especially those with rifles, at the events, apart from their members.

Whenever the President moves, the local police commander has to ensure the movement is guarded.

And if and when he addresses a gathering, tens of local officers are deployed.

The President enjoys some of the best police officers’ services as they are drawn from various units and trained on a common agenda.

Other than police officers, officials from National Intelligence Service also provide crucial services to the President.

Deputy President William Ruto

As the second in command, Ruto has more than 50 armed security officers, who also guard his family.

The officers also guard his property, personal assistants and some relatives as well.

Ruto enjoys the services of a lead car and a backup whenever he is on the move, and traffic personnel are always alerted on time to make way for him.

Changes in his security team on August 26 elicited concerns amid his fallout with the President.

His security is drawn from various units, including PEU, APS and Prisons.

Whenever the DP moves, the local police commander has to ensure the movement is guarded and if and when he addresses a gathering, tens of local officers are deployed.

Just like the President, the DP enjoys some of the best police officers’ services as they are drawn from various units and trained on a common agenda.

Before the trend was stopped, the members used to interchange between the President and DP for, among other reasons, exposure.

House Speakers Justin Muturi and Ken Lusaka

The speakers for both National Assembly (Muturi) and Senate (Lusaka) have security with them on the move, at home and in the office.

They usually have lead cars with up to eight police officers whenever they travel.

Their families are enjoying the security of armed police.

The officers are drawn from GSU, general duty, APS and Prisons.

Former President Mwai Kibaki

As former President of the republic, Kibaki still enjoys heavy security all the time.

Apart from himself, his businesses, family and some friends still enjoy security courtesy of him.

He still has a lead car and a backup together with another that usually carries his personal assistants.

His homes are also guarded by officers from G-Company of GSU.

Chief Justice Martha Koome

As the head of the Judiciary, which is also the third arm of the government, Justice Koome enjoys heavy security all the time.

Her home is heavily guarded and she enjoys the services of a lead car whenever she is on the move.

The officers are drawn from various units in the National Police Service.

Like many other VIPs, she is allowed to choose the security she needs.

Cabinet Secretaries

All Cabinet Secretaries enjoy armed security services.

Their personnel are drawn from various units in the service and are allowed to choose the people they want to protect them.

Some of the members of the Cabinet have lead cars that serve as a backup.

They include Fred Matiang’i (interior), Ukur Yatani (Treasury), Joe Mucheru (ICT), George Magoha (education) and James Macharia (infrastructure).

Apart from the CSs, a number of Chief Administrative Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and some senior government officials also enjoy security around the clock whenever they are on the move as well as at their offices and homes.

The CSs are entitled to at least two armed guards at their homes at any time, and another two while travelling.

But depending on the risk assessment levels determined by security chiefs, some could have more security detail.

Other beneficiaries

Some embassies and ambassadors in the country are heavily guarded by Kenyan security.

They include those of the US, Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Britain and Australia, China and Russia.

They have police including those from GSU deployed to them for their use.

Some heads of parastatals are also accorded police bodyguards.

The Central Bank Governor, Inspector General of Police and Deputy IGs, DCI, Director of Public Prosecutions and Attorney General and Chief of Defence Forces are also in the league of the heavily protected public officers.

They each have a chase car, at least five guards and another division protecting their spouses and children.

All judges, Controller of Budget and Auditor General, a number of commissioners, governors and their deputies and a number of staff at the counties also enjoy the security services.

An unspecified number of influential personalities, former Cabinet ministers and retired public servants also have police guards. This is because of risks posed by decisions they made and information they have by virtue of office.

Police sources reveal up to 13,000 police officers — out of the national tally of 60,000, some of whom, are in the traffic department — guard ministers, MPs, politicians, and top Government officials.

According to official policy, each of the more than 400 MPs and senators is entitled to an armed guard.

Senior police officers, however, claim some politicians and well-connected businessmen at times exploit their connections in government to be assigned police protection.

Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has alleged that one of Deputy President William Ruto’s mandate will be restoring dignity in his current office once he becomes the president.

Taking to his social media accounts on Friday August 27, 2021, the former senate majority leader weighed into the mistreatment DP Ruto is currently facing.

DP Ruto who has hence fallen out with President Kenyatta has been neglected in government, with the head of state recently daring him to resign over his continued criticism of the government.

President Kenyatta during an interview with media editors early this week told DP Ruto to consider quitting if he was unhappy with the government he is serving.

However, Murkomen argued that the second in command has just a number of days left before he finishes his term as Deputy President of the republic of Kenya.

Murkomen now claims that even as the government operatives continue undermining the DP’s office, Ruto will restore the dignity of the office once elected Kenya’s 5th President in 2022.

The vocal lawmaker claims that God is preparing DP Ruto to treat his deputy better and with dignity.

“HE William Ruto has only 346 days 17 hours &35 minutes in the office of the Deputy President.Even if you undermine the office&the institution,HE Ruto will restore the dignity of that office when his Deputy will be IN.God is preparing him to treat his Deputy better&with dignity,” tweeted Murkomen.

Murkomen’s remarks come just a day after government withdrew GSU officers manning DP Ruto’s Karen residence and replaced them with AP police officers.

The motive of the change of DP Ruto’s security detail is not however, clear even as Kenyans continue linking the move to 2022 succession politics.

President Uhuru Kenyatta has finally addressed claims that the 2022 general election may be postponed.

Speaking on Wednesday evening during an interview with editors at State House, Nairobi, Uhuru addressed reports that the next year’s general polls may be pushed forward following endless calls by the Central Organisation of Trade Unions (COTU) Secretary General, Francis Atwoli.

Atwoli has been calling for the state to push the polls forward in order to allow the BBI proponents to re-organise themselves.

However, President Kenyatta distanced himself from the claims.

“I have not heard of such discussions and I have no comments on it. How many times should I tell you that I am grateful to the people of Kenya for the chance they have given me to serve?”

“I am more than happy to serve my time and finish my program, bring the people together and ensure we have a peaceful stable united country,” he stated.

Nonetheless, he cautioned that the Court of Appeal ruling declaring that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) lacked the quorum to conduct elections may jeopardise the 2022 race.

“In fact, if what the court ruled on BBI is anything to go by, then we cannot have the General Election owing to the IEBC composition. I do not want to comment on that. Let us wait and see what unfolds. I am ready for the election at the prescribed time as I have said several times,” he added.

“So that is all I have to say on the issue – I am working on that election and transition schedule.”

ODM leader Raila Odinga and deputy President William Ruto are among the leaders seeking to succeed President Kenyatta in 2022.

Others that have declared interest are ANC’s Musalia Mudavadi and Wiper’s Kalonzo Musyoka who are both in the Okoa Kenya Alliance (OKA).

Kanu’s Gideon Moi who is also an OKA co-principal has declared interest.

Others are Mukhisa Kituyi, National Assembly speaker Justin Muturi and Machakos Governor Dr Alfred Mutua.
